Traveling is hard on the body. Try these tips to reduce wrinkles and worries…

  1. Eat less food before and during travel
  2. Avoid animal foods and fast foods, even if free in the lobby
  3. Drink only hot tea with lemon and room temperature bottled water
  4. Take off your shoes and rub your feet
  5. Lie on some grass or pine needles to discharge radiation
  6. Get a chair massage at the airport
  7. Do some yoga, meditation or affirmations on your bed each day
  8. Minimize cell phone usage and use speakerphone
  9. Expect delays, and do not let anything get you upset
  10. Take a half-day off when you return from travel and relax
