Speaking of food, we have dozens of great places to get Mexican, Brazilian, Chinese, Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and Japanese food. Malls such as Solomon Pond (Marlboro), the Natick Mall, the Mall at Chestnut Hill, and The Street, are filled with people from open to close, despite the complaints of a weak economy.
Hospitals such as Metrowest Medical Center, Leonard Morse, Emerson Hospital make it easy to get treated or diagnose anything from a sprained ankle to impacted ear wax.
